We had guests from all corners of the world, a groom with chickenpox, and meddling relatives but Violet handled our wedding with grace, professionalism, and tremendous organizational skills. We are forever grateful!

Violet of “Events by Vi” was hired to coordinate our wedding. I am a musician so it was very important to find venues that would accommodate a wide variety of music. For both the wedding ceremony and reception the challenge lay in coordinating 12 different soloists, two bands and 300 guests. Violet was up for this challenge and handled our musical talent, wedding party, bridal issues, catering, guests, and delegation of tasks with grace and poise. Your wedding day is one of the happiest day of your life, but the stress of preparation and the anxiety of the day can make it all but happy. We had a large wedding of over 1000 invited guest and a reception of over 500….not an easy task.
